About the team:

The Conta Simples financial and administrative team is made up of several departments: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, FinOps and Facilities. The goal is to move away from the traditional financial aspect so that we can build and add value in other ways.

In particular, the FinOps team plays a key role in monitoring the financial operations of our credit cards. This work involves the constant challenge of seeking new approaches, implementing continuous improvements, and supporting the growth and efficiency of the area. 

Challenges of the position:

As a FinOps Analyst, you will be responsible for several activities that are crucial to the smooth running of the financial operation, including card reconciliation, transaction registration and financial exchange monitoring. In addition, you will monitor the closing of invoice cycles, the registration of receipts and the operations that make up the payment method arrangement.

Your day to day life in Conta Simples

• Monitor and record transactional TPV and revenue daily;
• Reconcile receipt of invoices daily;
• Perform processing beat;
• Reconcile the Visa Financial Agenda;
• Monitor and validate brand settlements, interest and refund collections, and the closing of invoice cycles;
• Monitor and control the balances of guarantee accounts;
• Monitor the evolution of transactional costs and perform prior calculations to support the accounting area;
• Deliver periodic reports to the flags;
• Support for management in general.

What we expect from you

• Experience in companies in the payment methods sector;
• Experience in bank reconciliation and treasury;
• Advanced Excel proficiency and database knowledge;
• Knowledge of cost calculation;
• Organization and ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Good interpersonal communication;
• Ability to deal with tight deadlines;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Creativity to implement changes;
• Flexibility and proactive stance.

It will be a differential if you have

• Degree in Administration, Accounting and/or Economics.
