RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Monitor, analyze and optimize infrastructure costs in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI) and on-premises.
• Develop, implement and oversee financial governance policies and processes for cloud environments.
• Create dashboards and management reports to provide strategic insights on cloud service consumption and ROI.
• Negotiate with cloud service providers to obtain better commercial terms.
• Define strategies for purchasing reservations and usage commitments.
• Stay up to date with FinOps best practices and cloud technology innovations.
• Promote a FinOps culture within the organization through workshops, training and engagement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Mandatory requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in progress/completed in Computer Engineering, IT Management, Information Technology or related areas.
• Proven experience with FinOps.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience in technology budget analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards using visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in management of corporate processes and policies.
• Deep understanding of financial operations related to cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced analytical skills to perform detailed analyses before and during projects.
• Experience with resource provisioning and monitoring cloud consumption.

Desired:

• FinOps Certified Practitioner certification.
• Certifications from Azure, OCI and AWS providers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Where you will work: This position is for the city of Curitiba or São Paulo – on-site model with the benefit of two days of home office.

Employment type: CLT (Brazilian labor law employment contract)
