Analista de Planejamento FinOps – NE-XO

How about being part of one of the entertainment giants in Brazil? As a FinOps Planning Analyst , you will be a key player in making the company more efficient, providing a clear view of costs and cloud resource consumption for internal teams . You will report to the Head of FinOps and Partnerships, collaborating with different areas to optimize technology investments.

Your main responsibilities

• Understand costs and demands of Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) to support IT budget formulation;
• Generate and interpret cloud infrastructure usage and cost reports, explaining trends and variations;
• Manage the monthly IT provisioning process;
• Work with Engineering, Data and Games to understand key technical cost drivers (AWS, Databricks, Datadog, Gitlab, etc.);
• Present optimization opportunities to improve resource efficiency and reduce costs;
• Develop the annual technology budget.

What we are looking for

• At least 4 delivery cycles in a similar position, with strong experience in data analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel, as well as the ability to discuss costs with internal teams and senior leadership.
• Experience with AWS, Databricks, Datadog, Gitlab and similar billing models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration or related fields with intermediate English for reading and writing.

Technical and behavioral skills

•  Proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and SQL (desirable to perform queries).
•  Analytical, detail-oriented and efficiency-oriented profile.
•  Self-taught, proactive and questioning, with excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
•  Adaptability and resilience to work in a dynamic environment.
