As one of our members, you will help us with:

Control the customer’s financial risk and ensure that revenue is accurately and timelessly collected. Accurately record, amend, and control customer collections and fees and the action of appropriate follow-up mechanisms.

You will support regional operational excellence and influence the strategic risk decision-making process by participating in high-impact projects that will unlock access and alternatives for expansion across Mexico. The ideal candidate for the role should have excellent analytical skills and be passionate about making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the daily risk management
  • Daily maintenance of the collections system
  • Address customer billing queries
  • Audit onto the collections system / transactions
  • Application and correction of promotional offerings
  • Credit and debit charges application
  • Refund process follow-up with the assistance of FinOps
  • Recons and payment processing
  • Creation and maintenance of Dashboards / KPIs
  • Any other task that is relevant to the effective functioning of the role

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Technology or a related field
  • 3+ years work experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in, but not restricted to, functions like collection, finance, financial operations, business operations, sales operations, etc
  • Strong teamwork and customer-obsessed
  • Demonstrated problem-solving experience and providing business insights and recommendations from sets of data
  • Ability to understand, organize, and communicate complex information in an easily understandable format tailored to a variety of audiences
  • Self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity and structure with limited direction while balancing competing priorities and deliverables
  • Strong familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets
  • BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Data Studio) experience is a Plus.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
