Together, we’re bringing sustainable change to one of the largest companies in the world.YOUR TEAMThe team is responsible for governing the E2E operations of Mobile Online Services. While it has its foundation in ITIL, all team members also have a thorough understanding in the application of agile frameworks (esp. SAFe). The team collaborates closely with the DevOps teams inside CARIAD and with partners outside.What You Will Do

  • Provide suitable methods, tools and levers for the short, medium and long-term optimization of existing and new services and platforms with a focus on Service Level Agreements and financial aspects
  • Support decisions on cloud architectures and hyperscale decisions to promote cost-saving service operation
  • Consult agile DevOps teams
  • Define and manage Service Level Agreements with external service providers

Who You Are

  • Degree in business informatics, financial management, business administration, computer science or a similar field of study or vocational training with corresponding further education and training
  • Experience in IT Service Management and/or FinOps
  • Good understanding of cloud IT infrastructure
  • High focus of initiative, independence, independent action and on-time delivery
  • Basic knowledge of SAFe or other agile framework as well as ITIL or other best practices
  • Analytic thinking, assertiveness and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
