We are currently seeking a Cloud FinOps Lead Consultant (REMOTE) to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Cloud FinOps Lead Consultant (REMOTE)

Job Duties

– Develop and implement FinOps and clost optimization strategies for cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS

– Support ongoing FinOps for the cloud platforms.

– Implement automation scripts using Python

– Develop dashboards for FinOps monitoring

Skills Needed

7+ years experience in information technology including:
5+ years’ experience in Cloud technologies including Iaas/Paas/Saas deployments on Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
3+ years of experience in developing and implementing FinOps/Cloud Cost Optimization strategies for at least two cloud platforms.
3+ years of experience in OS scripting and automation (e.g. Python, Bash)
2+ years of experience in creating dashboards (eg. Tableau, Splunk, PowerBI)
Experience with FinOps/Cloud Cost Management tools and be comfortable with data analysis and reporting (at least 2 platforms)
Proven analytical skills and experience with cost optimization
Experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts
Deep understanding with cloud costs and the various alternatives
Ability to collaborate with other teams and drive cloud initiatives.
