Cloud Support Administrator

This is a client support role. A typical day will be managing incidents, solving service requests and expanding on your skillset. We are looking for someone with at least two years of incident management experience with an obsession with customer satisfaction. This is a standout opportunity to collaborate with an elite group of engineers, to continually build up your skillset and, in turn, build a career in the cloud industry.
