This is a client support role. A typical day will be managing incidents, solving service requests and expanding on your skillset. When not tending to incidents, you will work to continue to develop and build on your skills. This can mean taking on DevOps tasks for a client, studying for a Kubernetes exam or acquiring additional Azure certifications. We are looking for someone with at least two years of incident management experience with an obsession with customer satisfaction.
