Associate Manager – Commercial Management (Cloud FinOps) (本項職位空缺只備英文版本)

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the financial operations of cloud-based infrastructure and services within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations team and project teams, to ensure cost-efficient cloud usage, accurate financial reporting, and budget management. You will also collaborate within Digital Finance team to learn and contribute to other areas, such as digital software and service optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze cloud usage and cost data, identify trends and anomalies, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize cloud efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and implement cloud FinOps best practices, standards, and processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, tagging, reporting, and chargeback.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with Digital finance, procurement, and business units, to ensure alignment and transparency of cloud spending and value.
  • Monitor and evaluate cloud FinOps metrics and KPIs, and report on the progress and impact of cloud FinOps initiatives.
  • Lead monthly connect with Digital leaders and other stakeholders on FinOps analysis
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in cloud FinOps, and leverage best practices and tools to enhance cloud FinOps capabilities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cloud FinOps, cloud engineering, cloud management, or cloud consulting, preferably in a large-scale and multi-cloud environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in multi-cloud platforms, services, and technologies, such as Azure, AliCloud, Oracle cloud, etc.
  • Proficient in cloud FinOps tools and frameworks, such as CloudHealth, FinOps Foundation, etc.
  • Interest and willingness to learn about other aspects of digital commercial management, such as pricing, contracting and to apply FinOps principles across different domains and platforms within team
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
