Jr. Cloud FinOps Analyst

Work you will do

Support generating and reviewing cost and usage reports across multiple CSPs to report on cloud usage and costs in a single pane of glass. Create summary and recommendations based off reports, present analysis to FinOps Team Lead and support additional cost and usage reporting activities as needed. Provide in-depth cost and usage analysis over a period of time, considering trend usage and net-new workloads to support development of long-term cost-effective cloud solutions that balance cost and performance.

Qualifications

Required:

• • Must be able to obtain FinOps Practitioners Certification within 3 months of hire
  • Currently have a minimum of one of the preferred certifications listed: AWS Cloud Practitioner OR Azure AZ-900 OR GCP Digital Cloud Leader
  • 1+ years of cloud experience
  • Strong Excel experience (pivots, visualizations and graphs, data analytics, countif, vlookup, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and ability to analyze and solve complex problems
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000-$106,000.
