Your area of work:

Deutsche Börse Xetra/Eurex Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations, deployment, and handling of applications and databases on-premise and in the cloud.

We cover the full scope of the Deutsche Börse Trading (Xetra, Eurex, etc.), Clearing and Risk systems including the underlying Infrastructure.

You will join a high-performance international department dealing with innovative technologies in an international environment.


Your Team:

Your team consists of outstanding engineers responsible for the on-prem and cloud OpenShift infrastructure.

In detail, the team designs, runs, improves, and operates an OpenShift container solution hosting critical Deutsche Börse Group applications.


What you can expect:

  • You work in a team of skilled Engineers with cloud and on-premise backgrounds
  • You oversee our cost management and oversee the internal cross-charging
  • You work closely with our Engineers to create automated Billing Reports & Dashboards
  • You will be direct communication with our internal Tenants
  • Provide input on cloud cost optimization strategies
  • You will be in charge of our License Management and oversee the costs
  • You will collaborate with our Governance colleagues to review and update required documentation and support audits and reviews
  • You will organize and orchestrate projects and subproject streams


Your profile:

  • Academic degree in economics, business administration, IT or similar degree in a relevant field of expertise
  • Understanding of the core Finance & Accounting principles, basic understanding of the accounting processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of Public Cloud pricing schemes is a plus
  • Ideally you bring a basic knowledge of a OpenShift, the container solution based on Linux within Group Deutsche Boerse
  • Independent way of working and a high sense of responsibility in task delivery and result orientation
  • Open personality and pragmatic way of communication, also across different cultures
  • Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing as well as excellent teamwork skills
