In this role you will:
- Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to the customer
- Engage with client’s Technical leadership to effectively position Google Cloud Platform and/or AWS solutions. Understand their business/operational needs and technical challenges
- Leverage DoiT Engineering team for Customer’s technical challenges
- Work with your customers on Cost, Efficiency (e.g. FinOps), architectural and security reviews
- Identify New Workload opportunities DoiT can assist with
- Lead, manage and guide technical conversations with assigned customers Engineering and FinOps Roles
- Proactively track Support tickets, escalate and push toward resolution. Leverage Product Specialists / Engineers for Customer’s technical challenges
- Assist Customers to be Well Architected , follow Vendor (AWS/GCP) Framework
- Collaborate with Vendor Architects / Engineers
- Educate yourself & Customers on New Services / Roadmaps continuously
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- +3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role, as a Technical Account Manager/ Pre-Sales Engineer in a cloud computing environment (preferably with Google Cloud Platform or AWS products/services) – Mandatory
- Experience driving customer technical implementations, migrations or transformation programs with executive stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of coding: Bash, Python, Java, Node etc.
- Cloud Certifications: At least 1 on AWS and GCP (Associate level min.)
- Ability to work independently and establish yourself as a trusted advisor with Technology companies
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the cloud technology space
- Ability to rapidly prototype proofs-of-concept and technical demonstrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal
- Self-organized, Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, thorough and tenacious
- Analytical, Data-driven, detail-oriented and able to “zoom” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae.
- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
