Finance & Strategy Lead, Product & Engineering

In this role, you can expect to:

    • Own Product & Engineering business unit financial processes including long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management
    • Communicate financial results and insights to a wide range of leadership within the Product business unit through concise and effective story telling of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow drivers
    • Leverage collaborative relationships with accounting, business leaders, and executives to identify the right metrics and KPIs to support Product prioritization and efforts
    • Set growth targets working closely with senior Product Leaders to ensure the company meets its short- and long-term financial objectives
    • Develop and implement FP&A standard methodologies in areas such as systems, forecasting tools, reporting, and financial calendars
    • Drive standardization of ROI methodology, including the development of critical metrics that evaluate performance with robust post mortem analyses
    • Support ad hoc projects and analysis for Product road map planning through thought partnership and rigorous financial analysis
    • Coordinate and partner with senior Product leaders to identify opportunities for improved scalability, margin, profitability, and defensibility of our operational business model

You are a good fit if you:

    • 8+ years of related professional experience is required
    • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of FP&A processes for a technology driven software business
    • Experience supporting & partnering with digital, e-commerce or technical executives
    • Pricing & subscription experience required
    • Consistent record for innovation, execution and delivering results to a performance-driven culture
    • Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical skills
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick thinking and effective multitasking

Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: $170,000 – $205,000
    • Equity Stake
