PostFinance will remain the digital innovation leader in the Swiss financial world in the future. With the Third Party Management team, we are optimizing our outsourcing in the areas of IT and operations. As a central hub, Third Party Management ensures that third-party procurement conforms to our outsourcing strategy and regulatory requirements. We are looking for enthusiastic doers like you who enjoy developing and establishing FinOps principles in the environment of our cloud provider (AWS).
This is what you can do
- You are responsible for the development and implementation of the Cloud FinOps program as part of an interdisciplinary team
- You develop governance guidelines to ensure cost transparency and efficiency
- In collaboration with solution teams, you identify optimization opportunities and ensure their implementation
- You monitor our cloud costs and the use of our cloud environment and generate reports to support strategic decisions
- You contribute to a cost-conscious culture in the company by conducting appropriate training and workshops
- In addition, you are jointly responsible for providing frameworks, best practices and templates for the financial management of outsourcing partners in the cloud environment and continuously improving them
This is what you bring with you
- Tertiary degree (EFZ, FH or university) in (business) information technology, economics or finance or comparable professional training or further education
- Several years of professional experience in Cloud FinOps, Cloud Financial Management or related areas
- In-depth knowledge of cloud cost management
- Experience in developing governance structures and processes in the cloud environment
- Practical professional experience in relevant positions, e.g. IT controlling, IT operations or purchasing
- Flair for cross-departmental collaboration, winning and competent demeanor
- Excellent German and very good English skills
If you meet the requirements for this position, we will offer you a fair salary of between 125,000 and 140,000 per year (100% workload).
In addition, you can receive a variable salary of up to 8.3% of your annual salary. However, we are also interested in applications from talented people who do not yet fully meet all the requirements or who have a lot of experience.
