Internship | ICT FinOps Cloud Analyst

The ICT organization is seeking for a Financial Operations Cloud Analyst, that will be the key contact for the financial operations related to the Cloud Competence Center.

The person will have a holistic view of the FinOps related to the Iveco Group multi-cloud environment, supporting the cost control and financial operations and automating processes as much as possible to reduce manual activities on execution and reporting.

Moreover, he/she will convey all technical issues related to invoice management and address them for resolution to finance teams.

The person will participate to the future Cloud FinOps implementation to create a cloud FinOps centre of excellence, promoting cost transparency, control and optimization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Be a central owner and support for all cloud services FinOps practice to ensure continuity on execution
• Detect eventual issues where the intervention of Finance, Purchase or Cloud Supplier is needed
• Verify the Cloud Invoices and payments
• Assist with the onboarding for new projects in the FinOps managing budget alerts and cost approvals.
• Collaborate on the design of better tools for automating and managing the cloud FinOps
• Elaborate Cloud costs reports for the management and ICT Business Partners

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, Economics, or related fields
• Experience with the usage of Office and productivity tools (such as Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBi Desktop)
• Ability to identify process issues not enabling the execution or cloud financial operation activity
• Knowledge of payment processes, cloud technologies and reporting is preferred
• English proficiency (B2/C1)
