Project Description

The goal of this new team is to migrate the client’s main data platform solution and other key technology infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, enhancing its existing cloud migration strategy. The key objectives are to deliver the client’s vision to revolutionize the way capital markets discover, analyze, and trade securities around the World. The vision is anchored on a cloud-centric strategy that will enhance customer experience and product capabilities across our business, leverage hyperscale technology and deliver best-in-class resiliency and stability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial operations processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency on the Cloud.

Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and other financial reports.

Support the automation of provisioning of resources in the Cloud, tracking allocation of such resources to their respective projects.

Labelling / tagging of resources

Setting up tools and required infrastructure

Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation

Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project.

Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs

Skills

– Experience as DevOps Engineer with FinOps expertise

– Financial Planning

– Financial Analysis

– Azure Pricing

– Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage

– Automation of infrastructure provision

– Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management

– Incidence management and root cause analysis
