Production Support Engineer & Finops

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Cost‑Optimization & FinOps Governance – Monitor spend, identify waste, and implement right‑sizing, reserved‑instance/commitment strategies, and tagging policies to drive cost efficiency while maintaining performance and security. – Mastery
• Stakeholder Coordination & Knowledge Transfer – Act as the primary liaison between engineering, finance, and business teams; produce clear post‑mortem reports, run on‑call hand‑overs, and mentor junior staff on best practices in production support and FinOps. – Expert
• Automation & DevOps Tooling – Design, develop, and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation scripts (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) to reduce manual intervention and increase reliability.- Mastery
