Adobe is the leader in moving from traditional software delivery to cloud delivery. This role will be at the forefront of Adobe’s cloud growth and how Adobe inspects cloud spend. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance FP&A team supporting Adobe’s Cloud Center of Excellence group. This role requires FP&A and analytical skills to administer a complex but highly strategic spend. You will work cross-functionally to bring the data points and story together.

The successful candidate will engage cross-functionally across Finance, Cloud engineering to build analytical frameworks, introduce and deliver scalable reporting, and drive insights to various leadership teams.

What you will do

  • Designs, implements, and maintains Adobe Cloud financial reporting framework. Partner cross functionally with Cloud Operations, Finance systems, and the BUs to build centralized reports using Power BI, Anaplan, and Tableau.
  • Seek out to understand complex data processes and data flows to incrementally improve reporting processes across Adobe.
  • Accountable for enabling the creation of data warehouse / data lake system as well as other analytical projects.
  • Using AI / ML techniques to create forecasting models at scale
  • Continuous learning of public and private cloud landscape, automation tools, and business analytical skills.

What you will need to succeed

  • Working knowledge of scripting languages such as shell, Python and statistical language such as R.
  • Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, Anaplan, and Tableau are important. SFDC, SAP, or TM1 is a nice to have.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business and as the day evolves.
  • Ability to understand key business drivers, communicate financial implications, business impact, and recommendations efficiently.
  • High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results.
  • 5+ years of Finance or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or STEM fields. MBA preferred but not required.
  • Creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new ways to accomplish complex projects.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,000 — $184,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
