ServiceNow Business Analyst – ITAM- Manager

Summary

As a Manager specializing in ServiceNow HAM/SAM, you will support clients in

transforming their IT asset lifecycle processes by leveraging ServiceNow’s Hardware Asset Management and

Software Asset Management capabilities. You will work closely with business and technical teams to gather

requirements, translate needs into functional designs, and support the delivery of scalable HAM/SAM

solutions.

As part of the Technology Leadership and Strategy team you will support clients in transforming their IT asset lifecycle processes through ServiceNow capabilities. As a Manager you will engage with clients to understand their needs, translating them into functional designs that enhance operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, driving impactful solutions that enhance asset management strategies.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
• 6 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Solid understanding of ITIL, ITAM, and software licensing concepts (SaaS, enterprise software, OEM

models).

What Sets You Apart

• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS – HAM, CIS – SAM, CSA
• Familiarity with ITIL, ITAM, and software licensing concepts
• Experience in consulting or global delivery models
• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, or Procurement
• Additional certifications in ITIL, ITAM, or software licensing frameworks preferred
