Summary
As a Manager specializing in ServiceNow HAM/SAM, you will support clients in
transforming their IT asset lifecycle processes by leveraging ServiceNow’s Hardware Asset Management and
Software Asset Management capabilities. You will work closely with business and technical teams to gather
requirements, translate needs into functional designs, and support the delivery of scalable HAM/SAM
solutions.
