Job Summary: The Analyst IT Service Operations will part of the service operations within our cloud-based environments. This role requires a strong analyst who can support incident management processes, audit and risk management standards, and drive financial operations (FinOps) to optimize cloud costs. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in AWS cloud operations, vulnerability management, and business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support IT service operations to ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based services.
• Support incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and communication during service disruptions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement FinOps practices that enhance cost efficiency and transparency in cloud spending.
• Support regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Manage AWS cloud operations, ensuring best practices in security and performance.
• Implement vulnerability management strategies to protect organizational assets.
• Maintain BCP and DR processes to ensure business continuity in the event of incidents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a cloud-based service operations role.
• Proven experience in service operations management, incident management, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and operations.
• Familiarity with FinOps, vulnerability management, and BCP/DR processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong team player who can collaborate across departments and adjust to shifting priorities.
