The Cloud Broker Officer mission aims at accelerating cloud adoption and industrialization to support the evolution of TEN towards digital. It aims at enabling TEN to rapidly develop end-to-end solutions by offering services that are perfectly aligned to business needs. In order to support faster Time to Market, help govern Cloud exploitation, foster sustained security and compliance and optimization of consumption the Core Cloud Broker Officer Role will work across the organizational structure and orchestrate TEN’s Cloud adoption

The Cloud Broker Officer will need to liaise with stakeholders within Group Operations and strategic Supplier (Microsoft, Oracle,…), work with operations (infrastructure, security..) and project teams to deliver cloud services, infrastructure operations and integration.

The Cloud Broker Officer will contribute to design best practices in terms of cloud services and infrastructure operations, security and integration with the existing  landscape.

The Cloud Broker Officer will contribute to ensure ’s onboarding projects into cloud by leveraging the existing and extended services and capabilities of the Vendors and Product teams, and Competency Centers.

The Cloud Broker Officer will play a significant role in the TEN’s Cloud Transformation program which allows to pursue and secure TEN IT infrastructure journey from 2023 until 2028.

The position is in Nanterre La Defense, Paris Area, France.

Responsibilities

1. Operate Cloud Center Of Excellence

• Contribute to new projects within TEN on Azure, OCI, other … technologies
• Contribute to program via Onboarding of TEN’s Applications and Services
• Drive the implementation of the Cloud Operating model within TEN.
• Coordinate an integrated cloud service portfolio management for TEN.
• Manage T.EN Cloud FinOps, Monitor and optimize consumption
• Support TEN ’s cloud migrations initiatives by closely collaborating with the all stakeholders.
• Support the introduction of new technologies, cloud and agile operations practices to enable Digital business applications and data in the cloud.
• Contribute to Cloud Security related aspects
• Establish and execute remediation plans to ensure TEN’s cloud adoption is fully compliant with TEN’s group standards.
• Insure Cloud Hyperscaler agnosticity to avoid vendor lock-in

• 2. Drive Cloud Transformation
• Develop Self Service usage, through managed and governed processes.
• Develop Business Agility and time to market thanks to Automation and best practices.
• Act as Digital Factory Partner to promote and control Cloud activities.
• Contribute to T.EN ESG Transformation
• Develop Cloud Group Standards and Methodologies
• Transform Cloud Cost Model promoting the pay per use approach and creating financial management processes.
• Implement Multi Cloud and Hybrid Management tool.

Experience

• 20 + years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines, including technical architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management.
• At least 6 years of architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications
• 2 years in Cloud Transformation Execution

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Azure Cloud Certifications are required
