Our expertise makes us their Trusted Advisor to align the interests of Business, Finance and IT to drive the change from within.

Your Tasks

Client Project Delivery

• Plan, manage and deliver TBM consulting engagements, working closely with client stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive financial transparency, cost optimization, and business alignment.

• Assess clients’ current technology and financial environments, recommending and implementing customized TBM frameworks and solutions.

• Leverage TBM tools to provide insights into IT costs, value, and business impact, ensuring clients maximize return on their technology investments.

Business Development & Strategy

• Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and lead efforts to expand TBM services to new clients and sectors.
• Develop strategic partnerships and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for their technology and financial management needs.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and tools that support the growth of the TBM practice.

Practice Development

• Mentor and coach junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Drive improvements to internal processes, frameworks, and tools, ensuring our consulting offerings remain at the forefront of the TBM industry.

• Successfully completed university studies in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology or Information Technology Management
• Proficiency (min. B2) in English and German with a willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience: 2+ years in TBM consulting or related fields, with a strong background in technology cost management, financial management, or IT strategy.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with TBM tools such as Apptio or similar; strong data analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Client Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships and lead consulting engagements.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and financial concepts clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of IT financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost transparency principles.
• Current residence in Germany, with eligibility to work within the country.
